    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! We asked for the linen which was mismatched and smelt to the point of not being able to use it. The curtains had damp on & the hamper that contained the cutlery & crockery hadn't been washed since whenever. The kettle had mud on and the pots and pans were beyond use. All in all it was not nice to the point we bought disposable crockery/cutlery. We were given a long list of do's and don'ts about how to drive the van and how to start it. We also had the hammock for our 7 year old daughter - it fell down twice causing her to fall out the bunk and injure her back. The van didn't start on day one so the RAC were called & started the van for us and showed us how to start it - different to the instructions that Sean told us. We were told to return the vehicle at 10am so that it could be "cleaned" before the next booking. We complained to Sean about the bedding and the other issues and asked politely for some recompense - customer service is not Sean’s speciality to the point he became quite defensive and argumentative. He offers a pick up and drop off at the station which we did and when we were dropped off he “looked” through the van and found a black T-shirt which he thought was ours - it wasn’t!!! My point proved the van’s are not cleaned to a very high standard. We paid £50 to have the van cleaned after us as we had taken our dog which is fine however the van was not in that condition when we collected it and certainly had not been cleaned well prior to us collecting it.
    We asked Sean when we would receive our security deposit back and he said that day or the day after - what a joke! 9 days later we received it, despite his T&C’s saying he could only hold it for 7. He had already confirmed there was no damage to the van and it was all ok. He alleged that the RAC maybe charging us extra for the call-out (breakdown cover was included) and therefore he needed to hold onto the deposit to await their update. He did not keep us updated and said he couldn’t get through to the RAC - I called them and got through first time and they answered my questions as much as they could within the Data Protection rules. I updated Sean with this and this did not go down well and he stopped communicating with us. It wasn’t until we contacted Sean stating we would be seeking legal advice that we received our security deposit back (late on a Sunday night. Amazing that that is when the RAC resolved the issue????). There was no communication or update to say we’d been refunded the money. If you’re going to do a Camper van holiday go for it but pay the extra money and go with someone that is trustworthy. Such a shame was our only holiday this year and had been really looking forward to it - If I could've given 0 stars I would've - 1 is too many!
